Week 2: Initial Fixes & Review
  • Deliverable: Complete accessibility report with remediations in duplicate branch of store

  • Actions: Walk through TestParty dashboard and reporting interface, discuss design changes (if relevant)

  • Your Role: Approve theme merge, facilitate third-party vendor communications

Week 4: Integration & Third-Party Coordination
  • Deliverable: Core accessibility fixes merged to production

  • Actions: TestParty contacts and provides updates on third-party vendor compatibility fixes

Week 6: Optimization
  • Deliverable: Third-party integration status report

  • Actions: Discuss ongoing monitoring

Week 8+: Ongoing Success
  • Deliverable: Comprehensive before/after compliance report and case study

  • Actions: Monthly monitoring reports, continuous compliance support

  • Your Role: Participate in case study development

Ongoing Support:

  • Daily automated scanning

  • Monthly manual testing and reporting

  • Bi-weekly calls transition to async check-ins after Week 8

  • Legal defense documentation as needed
